Challenges Zambia is The Challenges Group’s business consultancy based in Lusaka. We deliver customer-centered professional services to SMEs and other organisations in the region. With an empathetic and responsive approach, we focus on sustainable business growth.
Since 2015, Challenges Zambia has worked with more than 500 businesses to build capacity and investment-readiness, provided project management services, and delivered accredited management training from the Chartered Management Institute.
Challenges Zambia is a delivery partner of the UK Aid-funded Private Enterprise Programme Zambia (PEPZ). During this project we have created and implemented the strategy of five different initiatives across the Tourism, Agriculture, Mining and Access to Finance sectors. We are also partnering with Musika Zambia to offer business skills training to more than 150 business owners across the Western, Central and Copperbelt regions of Zambia. Within Zambia’s wider business community, we continue to function as an ecosystem enabler, and have a successful track record of co-ordinating operational set-up, performing business diagnostics, advising on private sector projects, and facilitating strategic linkages to solve systemic challenges.
Like our other Challenges offices, our work in Zambia has focused on tailoring our approach to the client and beneficiary. Our team of young professionals are the embodiment of our approach to development. They combine a focus on local knowledge with capacity building, skills development and training. Our ambition is to work within the dynamic Zambian business environment to become the leading ecosystem enabler across multiple sectors and with partners to deliver multi-layered holistic solutions to systemic growth.
