Are you ready to transform your organisation and make a lasting impact? We have an exciting opportunity for you!
Introducing Quest, a unique partnership programme designed to provide a holistic insight into social and environmental challenges. This initiative is brought to you by Challenges Catalyst, Molson Coors Beverage Company, Fisterra Co, and 360° Leadership Development.
Over five-day sprints, you’ll work alongside business professionals from Molson Coors and dive deep into the challenges and opportunities of 6 social enterprises. You’ll receive tailored business advice, explore personal learning, and reflect on your purpose.
Here’s what you’ll gain:

🔹 A space to reflect on, share, and develop new ideas
🔹 Peer-to-peer exchange in small, facilitated groups
🔹 On-site interaction with fellow entrepreneurs

Places are limited to six per session, so early application is encouraged! To take part, you must be able to commit to exploring opportunities for your enterprise and attending in person.
The programme is perfect for those in the ‘idea’ or ‘start up’ phase or those looking to diversify income by looking at earned income. You do not need to be already trading on a regular basis to apply, what we do ask is that your enterprise provides a direct social impact to individuals, communities and/or the environment.
